WELCOME TO THE DRUERY
Hoping for a November Opening (TBD)
We founded The Druery out of true love for the golden, magical drink. In late 2022 we aim to open our pilot location in Lawrenceville, NJ - a micro 3 barrel brewhouse focused on producing top quality beers and an evolving tap list to keep you guessing. Community based and badass brews - just the way we like it.

But how are you gonna fit in such a small space?
CUSTOM BUILT STACKED AND PACKED.
We've been on the phones with brewery builders designers for months trying to figure out the best way of making use of the small space. To that extent - we'll be using customized equipment perfect for our style of brewing. From Pressurized fermentations to Pressurized dry hopping and that ability to heat and cool our wort.
It's going to be awesome.
